Macomb Multicultural International Initiatives

Did you know that we offer unique and informative extracurricular enrichment programs – and all for free?

Macomb Multicultural International Initiatives (MMII) allows Macomb students, faculty, staff and community members to explore a variety of cultural and social themes - 18 of them, in fact - which are represented on our Diversity Spectrum.

  • Celebrate Black and Women’s History months
  • Pay tribute to local vets
  • Participate in lively book discussions
  • Take an evening excursion to the Detroit Institute of Arts
  • Or one of several other participating cultural centers.

All of this - and more - is available to you through MMII!

Oh, and did we mention that you can also earn a Cultural Competency Certificate? Whether you’re a student, alum or community member, it’ll look great on your resume!
