Macomb Community College to host Health, Business and Information Technology Spotlight Night

Prospective students and their parents can learn the wide variety of options in these high-demand career fields

Macomb Community College will host a Health, Business & Information Technology Spotlight Night Tuesday, April 8, giving prospective students and their parents an understanding of what Macomb has to offer in these in-demand fields. The event will be held 7 – 8:30 p.m. and starts in the library auditorium on Macomb’s Center Campus in Clinton Township (Building C, Room 101) Activities will include tours of state-of-the-art classrooms and labs, presentations from staff and faculty, and an opportunity to meet instructors and learn more about their specific programs.

After a half hour introduction to the college from Admissions staff, prospective students can choose which of the fields they want to learn about.  Health faculty and staff will be conducting tours of their labs and facilities to provide an overview of their programs and learning environment.  Business and Information Technology will focus on informational sessions and introducing members of the teaching team.

A future spotlight night will be held on May 14 and focus on Macomb’s Police, Fire and Emergency Medical Services programs.
