Macomb’s customized training programs are designed to address the unique needs of each organization. “We work directly with businesses to assess skill gaps and develop tailored learning solutions in areas such as leadership development, technical skills, digital transformation and industry-specific training,” Lux said.
Programs can be delivered on-site, online or in a hybrid format, allowing companies to train efficiently without disrupting operations. Courses are offered during the day, evening or on the weekend.
“Many of our programs are available in short-term accelerated formations to accommodate busy schedules,” Lux said.
In addition to customized training, Macomb offers many of the programs listed above as certificate options, meaning employees can register for these classes and take them online or in-person at one of Macomb’s campuses.
