General Policies Governing Public Use of College Facilities
The College has developed and maintains a variety of physical resources in keeping with the overall mission of the College and the enhancement of the community at large. It is the policy of the College that these facilities be utilized in the first instance to fulfill its mission and role as an institution of higher education and secondly be made available to others, pursuant to a license agreement or permit, for uses compatible with College operations, its educational and community service goals and its public image.
The use of College facilities and grounds shall be subject to and be governed by College policies and rules including the College’s Expressive Activity Policy, the College Rules and Regulations, any policies, rules and regulations unique to the particular space, room, building or facility in question, and all applicable federal, state and local laws, statutes or ordinances. Users may be required to pay fees for the use of a College facility or grounds.
