Confidentiality and Conflict of Interest Policy
Macomb Community College expects its employees to adhere to the highest legal and ethical standards, and to preserve the College’s integrity and reputation.
Employees must avoid conflicts of interest, which occur when an employee has a financial, family, or other interest that may compromise, or reasonably appear to compromise, their duty to act in the best interests of the College.
Employees with access to confidential, proprietary and private information may not make unauthorized use or disclosures of the information, either during or after leaving employment.
