The Sports & Expo Center is ideal for trade shows, expositions, conferences or sporting events. Over 61,000 square feet (192' x 320') of unobstructed space is available on one floor. It has seating capacity for 2,800 people and is available for full or partial-space rental.

  • Full, professional stage available with sound and lighting.
  • Staffed concession area offering a variety of light snacks and drinks, or a full line of catering services.
  • Free in-house use of standard audio-visual equipment and support staff.
  • Soft, "easy-on-the-feet" flooring with a load capacity of 4,000 pounds per square inch.
  • Easy-access loading area with two overhead doors, 12' and 15'.
  • 28-foot high ceilings for over-sized booths.

 

SHOW SERVICES

  • One full day of set-up and tear-down at no charge.
  • Facility labor is free: electrical, drayage, cleaning.
  • No charge for forklift service.
  • Use your own labor for carting exhibits, displays and literature.
  • Use your own labor for show management.
  • No Head Tax (Fee for each attendee).
  • Two ground-level freight doors, including a 15'2" x 12'9" door to accommodate larger exhibits, provide easier and faster loading times.
